PLANT DESCRIPTION:Sorbus 'Rosea Rosiness' is especially good for smaller spaces or gardens. An upright, columnar Mountain Ash tree, having vivid autumn colours makes for a striking feature, with the red autumn foliage contrasting wonderfully with the bright pink berries.

POSITION:suitable for any aspect in the garden and also suitable for urban areas were pollution might be a problem.

SOIL TYPE: any well drained moisture retentive garden soils.

HEIGHT:4 metres in 20 years.

SPREAD: 1-2 metres in 20 years

FLOWERING PERIOD:April-May, white flowers followed in late summer and early autumn with bright red berries which contrast well with the autumn colours. Birds love the berries!

HARDINESS:-15 to-20

GARDEN CARE:low maintenance, prune out damaged or unwanted branches in the dormant period.
